We use digital and offset printers to print your postcards. We also use the CMYK color process, which is represented by the four colors cyan, magenta, yellow and key color black. These colors are mixed together to produce more colors with excellent shade and hues.

Printing Quantity and Turnaround Time

Our digital printer can print 50 to 200 flat postcards and have a printing turnaround of 1 or 2 business days, perfect for short-run print and rush projects. For printing in large volumes, we use our offset printers. These printers can print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days, and 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard Sizes and Paper Stocks

• Flat Postcards - 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”
• Half Fold Postcards - 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”, with custom sizes ranging from 5”x7” to 11”x17”
• Tri Fold Postcards - 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”, with custom sizes ranging from 5”x7” to 11”x17”

We use the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, and the 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated for flat postcards. For folded postcards, we use thinner paper stocks for its folding. The available paper stocks for folded postcards are the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss and 10 pt. cardstock, matte.

Postcard Mailing Services

We offer mailing services for postcards including list preparation and evaluation, NCOA and CASS certification, address ink jetting and postal pre-sorting. Mail your postcards directly to target customers. Set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500) and select the postage option. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the turnaround time for the mailing preparation.

Check our design gallery to see the available postcard designs we have. Pick any design you like and customize it using our online design tool. With our design tool, you can insert your additional text and images such as your company logo to the design. You can also create a design from scratch and use our online design tool to help you during the design process. Once you have your design, you can submit it to us for a free online proof. Proofing ensures that your designs are ready to be printed. During the proofing process, our prepress team checks your designs for any irregularities regarding technical issues, and adjusts them accordingly. Take note that proofing does not fix typographical errors and low-resolution images.
