My Postcard Printing uses advanced digital and offset printers to Print Out Postcards. We also use the CMYK color process to give the postcards vibrant colors. Our printers are capable of printing 50 to 100,000 flat postcards and 250 to 100,000 folded postcards. The turnaround time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the postcard’s specs.

Postcard Sizes and Paper stocks

• Flat Postcard Standard size - 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes from 4”x4” to 6x”11”
• Half Folded Postcard Standard Size - 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”, with custom sizes from 5”x7” to 11”x17”
• Tri Folded Postcard Standard Size - 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”, with custom sizes from 5”x7” to 11”x17”

Flat postcards can have a paper stock of 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, or the 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. For folded postcard, the available paper stocks are the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss and 10 pt. cardstock, matte.

Postcard Mailing

When mailing your postcards, you can set the mailing quantity and the postage options. The postage options available depend on the specs of the postcards. 4”x6” and 4.25”x6” flat postcards can have the First Class Card Rate postage option, while folded postcards and 4.5”x6” to 6”x11” flat postcards can have the First Class Letter Rate or Standard Bulk Rate postage options. Check the USPS postage rates and delivery times-in-transit. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the turnaround time.

Create Postcard Designs Easily

Use our online design tool to create your own postcard design. It has a user-friendly tool that lets you easily insert text, shapes, clipart and images to a design. Create the design from scratch, or pick and modify a premade design from our design gallery.

Free Proofs Before You Pay

Get a free online proof by submitting your design to us before placing an order. With online proofs, you can make sure that your designs are print ready. Our prepress team checks your design for any irregularities regarding technical issues, and adjusts them accordingly. Once they are done, we will send the proof to you, along with the indicated adjustments, for approval.
