My Postcard Printer offers the Print My Postcards service where you can change the specs of your postcards. We offer standard and custom sizes, eco-friendly paper stocks, three color settings and two folding options. With our website, you can set the printing quantity, shipping details and turnaround time.

Postcard Sizes

• Flat Postcards - 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11"
• Half-fold Postcards - 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”
• Tri-fold Postcards - 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”

Flat postcards can have a custom size of 4”x4” to 6”x11”, while half fold and tri-fold postcards can have a custom size of 5”x7” to 11”x17”. Custom sizes are specific to 0.25” increments.

Printing Quantity and Turnaround

Our digital printer can print 50 to 200 flat postcards in 1 or 2 business days. When printing in large quantities, we use our offset printers, capable of printing 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days, and 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard Mailing Services

The mailing services we offer for postcards include List Preparation, CASS and NCOA certification, Address Ink Jetting and Postal Pre-Sorting. We also drop-off your mail to the local USPS office.

Mail your postcards directly to your target customers. Set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500) and choose a postage option. The available postage options are the First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the turnaround time for the mailing preparation.

Online Design Tool

Create your own postcard design with our online design tool. It has a user-friendly interface that lets you insert text, shapes, clipart and images to a design. You can create a design by starting from scratch or pick and modify an existing design from our design gallery.

Free Online Proofs

Submit your design to us before placing an order to get a free online proof. Our prepress team will take care of the rest for you. They will check the design for any irregularities regarding technical matters, and adjust it accordingly to make it print-ready. Once they are done, we will send the proof to you, along with the indicated changes, for approval.
