You can print 50 to 100,000 flat postcards and 250 to 100,000 folded postcards and have a printing turnaround of 1 to 3 business days, depending on the postcard’s specs.

Postcard Sizes

• Flat Postcard Standard size - 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes from 4”x4” to 6x”11”
• Half Folded Postcard Standard Size - 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”, with custom sizes from 5”x7” to 11”x17”
• Tri Folded Postcard Standard Size - 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”, with custom sizes from 5”x7” to 11”x17”

Flat postcards can have a custom size ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”, while folded postcards can have a custom size ranging from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. Custom sizes are specific to 0.25” increments.

Postcard Paper Stocks

Flat postcards can have a paper stock of 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, or the 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. For folded postcard, the available paper stocks are the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss and 10 pt. cardstock, matte.

View our design gallery to see the available postcard designs. Pick any design you like and customize it using our online design tool. The design tool has an easy-to-use interface that lets you insert your additional text and images to the design. You can also have a design by creating one from scratch.

Submit your design to us before placing an order for a free digital proof. Our prepress team will put it through a 30 point inspection that covers technical issues. They will adjust your designs whenever they find some irregularities with the technical issues. Once they’re done, we will send the proof to you for approval.
