Flat Postcard Specs

We use our digital printer to print 50 to 200 flat postcards in 1 or 2 business days, and use our offset printer to print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days. The sizes available are 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. The paper stocks available are the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte and 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated.

Folded Postcard Specs

Our offset printers can print 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.  We use the 10 pt. cardstock, with gloss or matte coating for the paper stock. The standard sizes for Half Folded Postcards are 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”. For Tri Folded Postcards, the available sizes are 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”. Custom sizes can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”.

Postcard Mailing Services

We offer Postcard Mailing Services including List Preparation and Evaluation, Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) Certification for address accuracy and correction of details, address ink jetting for automated and clear printing of addresses to postcards, and postal pre-sorting. We also drop your mail to the local USPS office.

Check the USPS postage rates and delivery times-in-transit for an estimated time of arrival. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the turnaround time for the mailing preparation.
