Postcard Sizes and Paper Stocks

The standard sizes available for flat postcards are 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. We use the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, and the 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated as the paper stocks for flat postcards. For folded postcards, the standard sizes depend on its type of folding (half fold or tri fold). The custom size for folded postcards can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. We use the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte as the paper stock for folded postcards.

Printing Quantity and Turnaround

We print 50 to 200 flat postcards and have a turnaround time of 1 or 2 business days with our digital printer. For large quantity printing, we use our offset printers capable of printing 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days, and 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard Mailing Services

The mailing services we offer include List Preparation and Evaluation, Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification, Address Ink jetting and Postal pre-sorting. We also drop off your mail to the local USPS office.

When mailing your postcards, set the mailing quantity (500 postcards minimum) and choose among the postage options available: First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the turnaround time for the mailing preparation.

Get a free project review by submitting your design to us before placing an order. The design will be examined by our design professionals to look for errors regarding the technical issues such as bleed setup and page scaling. They will make all the necessary adjustments to make your designs print-ready. Once they are done, we will send a proof to you for approval. Review the proof and if you’re satisfied, approve it.
