Direct Mail Postcards

When mailing your postcards, set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500 postcards) and choose among the available postage options including First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. Check the USPS postage rates and times-in-transit. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the turnaround time for mailing preparation.

Free Postcard Designs and Online Proofs

We have many premade designs available in our design gallery that you can use for your postcards. Feel free to customize the designs by using our online design tool. The online design tool has a user-friendly interface that lets you insert text, shapes, clipart and images such as your company logo, products and services. You can also create a design by starting from scratch. Submit your design to us for a free digital proof. Our prepress team will check your design by putting it through a 30 point inspection that covers technical issues. They will also make all the adjustments needed for your postcard to be print-ready. We will send a proof to you for approval. Review the proof and if you’re satisfied, you may approve it. Take note that once the proof is approved, further changes cannot be made since it will already be in production.
