Flat Postcard Specs

Standard sizes include 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. The paper stocks available are the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss and matte, and the 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. Print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards with the offset press, and have a printing turnaround of 1 to 3 business days.

Folded Postcard Specs

Half-folded postcards can have a standard size of 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, or 12”x11”. For tri-folded postcards, the standard sizes available are 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”. Custom sizes can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. We use the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte for the paper stock. Print 250 to 100,000 folded postcards and have a printing turnaround of 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard Mailing Services

Mail your postcards directly to target customers. Set the mailing quantity and postage option. The postage options available depend on the postcard’s size. 4”x6” and 4.25”x6” flat postcards can have a postage option of First Class Card Rate, while 4.5”x6” to 6”x11” flat postcards and folded postcards can have a postage option of First Class Letter Rate or Standard Bulk Rate. Check the USPS postal rates and delivery times-in-transit and verify the subtotal for the whole mailing campaign. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the production turnaround.

Create Postcard Designs Easily

Use our online design tool to create your own postcard designs. It has a user-friendly interface that lets you insert text, shapes, clipart and even your own images. Create a design by starting from scratch or picking and customizing a premade design from our gallery.

Free Digital Proofs

Once you have the design, submit it to us for a free digital proof. The design will be put through a 30 point inspection and will be personally checked by our prepress team for technical issues such as resolution and bleed setup. They will make all the adjustments necessary to make your postcards print-ready. We will submit the proof to you with the indicated adjustments for your approval.
