We use the Komori and Mitsubishi Offset Printing Presses, which are calibrated regularly to output consistent high-quality color printing. In addition, we use the CMYK color process, represented by the four colors cyan, magenta, yellow and key color black. These colors are mixed together to produce other different colors with excellent shades and hues.

Printing Process and Paper Stocks

Our offset presses are capable of printing 500 to 100,000 flat postcards having a paper stock of 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte or 13 pt. cardstock uncoated. The printing turnaround for flat postcards is 1 to 3 business days. Our offset printers can also print 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days. The paper stocks available for folded postcards are the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss and 10 pt. cardstock, matte.

Postcard Mailing

When using postcards as your marketing tools, you can mail them directly to your target customers. Set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500) and select one of the three available postage options available: First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. The processing time for the mailing preparation will take 2 to 3 business days.

Free Digital Proofing

Submit your design to us before placing an order to get a free digital proof. Our prepress team will examine your design in detail by putting it through a 30 point inspection that covers technical issues such as resolution, artwork dimension and bleed setup. The team will also adjust your design accordingly to make it print-ready. We will send the proof to you, along with the indicated changes, for your approval. If you’re satisfied with the proof and ready to place the order, you may approve it. Once you approve the proof, the design will be put into production and further adjustments to it cannot be made.
