My Postcard Printing is proud to say that we use only eco-friendly materials to print postcards. Instead of using petroleum-based inks, we use soy and vegetable based inks as our offset printing ink to reduce the harmful carbon emissions. We also use certified paper stocks that are from a well-maintained forest to make sure that we do not contribute to deforestation.

You can use our website to change the postcard’s size, paper stock and color settings. The folding and tabbing options can also be changed for folded postcards. Set the printing quantity and turnaround for the postcard printing project.

Offset Printing Process

We use our Komori and Mitsubishi presses for our offset printing services. These printers are capable of producing 500 to 100,000 flat postcards and 250 to 100,000 folded postcards. The printing turnaround for flat postcards can be 1 to 3 business days, while for folded postcards, 2 or 3 business days.

Paper Types and Custom Sizes

The flat postcards can have a custom size of 4”x4” to 6”x11” and can be printed on 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte and 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. For folded postcards, the custom size can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17” and be printed on either 10 pt. cardstock, gloss or 10 pt. cardstock, matte.

Postcard Mailing Services

We offer List Preparation, CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) Certification, Address ink Jetting, Postal Pre-Sorting and drop-off at the local USPS office. When mailing your postcards, you can set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500) and select one of the three available postage options. The postage options may vary depending on the postcard’s specs. 4”x6” and 4.25”x6” postcards can have a postage option of First Class Card Rate, while 4.5”x6” to 6”x11” postcards and folded postcards can have a postage option of First Class Letter Rate or Standard Bulk Rate. Check the USPS postage rates and the delivery times-in-transit to have an estimate of when your postcards will be delivered to the recipients.

Free Design Templates

Browse through our design gallery and pick any premade postcard design you like. Using our online design tool, you can customize the design by adding additional text and images such as your company info and logo. You can also have a postcard design by creating one from scratch. Use our design tool to guide you through the whole designing process.

Free Digital Proofs

After you’ve finished the design, submit it to us for a free digital proof. Your design will be examined in detail by our prepress team. They will make the adjustments needed for your postcard to be print-ready. Once they are done, we will send the proof to you, along with the indicated adjustments, for your approval. If you’re satisfied with the proof, you may approve it to place your order.
