We use our Komori and Mitsubishi presses as our Offset Printing Equipment when printing postcards in large quantities. In addition, we use the CMYK color process to print in full color. The CMYK color process is represented by the four colors cyan, magenta, yellow and key color black, which are combined together to produce other different colors with excellent shades and hues.

Offset Printing Process

We use offset printers to print in large quantities. The printers we use are capable of printing 500 to 100,000 flat postcards and have a printing turnaround of 1 to 3 business days. Print 250 to 100,000 folded postcards and have a printing turnaround of 2 or 3 business days.

Paper Stocks and Custom Sizes

Set the height and width of your postcards for a custom size. Flat postcards can have a custom size from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. For folded postcards, the custom size can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. We print flat postcards in 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, and 13 pt. cardstock. Folded postcards use the thinner 10 pt. cardstock with gloss or matte coating.

Free Project Reviews

Submit your design to us before placing an order to get a free project review. Our prepress team will check your design thoroughly by putting it through a 30 point inspection that covers technical issues including resolution, artwork dimension, bleed setup and page scaling. The team will also do any necessary adjustment to make your design print-ready. We will send the proof to you, complete with the indicated changes, for your approval. If you want to make some changes, you can adjust it and get it proofed again for free. If you’re satisfied with the proof, you may approve it to place your order. Once the proof is approved, further changes cannot be made since it will already be in production.
