Flat Postcard Specs

The sizes available include 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. The paper stocks available are the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, and 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. Our digital printer can print 50 to 200 flat postcards in 1 or 2 business days, while our offset printer can print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days.

Folded Postcard Specs

Half Fold Postcards can have a standard size of 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”, while Tri Fold Postcards can have a standard size of 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”. Custom sizes can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. We use the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte and use the offset printer to print 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard Mailing

Set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500 postcards) and choose a postage option for your postcard. The available postage options vary from the postcard’s size. 4”x6” and 4.25”x6” flat postcards can have a postage option of First Class Card Rate. Folded postcards and 4.5”x6” to 6”x11” flat postcards can have a postage option of First Class Letter Rate or Standard Bulk Rate. Check the USPS postal rates and times-in-transit. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the turnaround time.

Free Postcard Designs and Online Proofs

We offer premade postcard designs that you can use for your postcards. You can also customize it using our online design tool to add text and images such as your company info and logo. Alternatively, you can create a design by starting from scratch and add text, shapes, clipart and images along the way.

Once you have your design, you can submit it to us for a free online proof. Your design will be checked by our prepress team to look for any technical matters that are off, and make the appropriate adjustments. We will send a proof to you, along with the adjustments, for approval. Review the proof and if you’re satisfied and ready to place the order, you may approve it. Take note that once the proof is approve, further changes cannot be made since it will already be in production.
