Postcard Sizes

Flat postcards can have a standard size of 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", or 6”x11". It can also have a custom size ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. For folded postcards, the standard size depends on the type of folding it has (Half Fold or Tri Fold). Half fold postcards can have a standard size of 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”, while Tri fold postcards can have a size of 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”. The custom size for folded postcards can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”.

Printing Process

Our digital printer can print 50 to 200 flat postcards in 1 or 2 business days. For large quantity printing, we use our offset printers, capable of printing 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days, and 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard Mailing Services

Our mailing services include List Preparation, Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification for accuracy and certification of addresses, Address ink jetting for clear printing of addresses, and postal pre-sorting. We also drop off your mail to the local USPS office.

When mailing postcards, set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500 postcards) and choose among the postage options available: First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the turnaround time.

Free Online Proofs

Submit your completed design to us for a free proof. Our prepress team will inspect your design to check for any irregularities regarding technical matters. They will make the adjustments needed for your design to be print-ready. Once they are done, we will send the proof to you for approval. If you’re satisfied with the proof and ready to place an order, you may approve it.
