Flat Postcard Specs

We offer standard sizes including 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11". Custom sizes are also available, ranging from 2”x2” to 4”x4”. We use the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte and 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated as the paper stocks. Our digital printer can print 50 to 200 prints in 1 or 2 business days, while our offset printers can print 500 to 100,000 prints in 1 to 3 business days.

Folded Postcard Specs

The available folding options are the Half Fold and Tri Fold. Half-Folded postcards can have a standard size of 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”. For tri-folded postcards, the available standard sizes are 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”. Custom sizes can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. The paper stocks available are the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss and 10 pt. cardstock, matte. We our offset printers to print 250 to 100,000 folded postcards and have a printing turnaround of 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard List Preparation Services

When you have a mailing list ready, you can submit it to us. We will evaluate and validate the addresses, and remove any duplicates. If you do not have one yet, purchase one from us and we will give you a mailing list where you can focus more on the people interested in your products and services by setting the demographics and geographic data.

When mailing your postcards, you can set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500) and choose among the postage options available: First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the turnaround time.

Free Project Reviews

To make sure that your postcards are print-ready, submit your design to us before placing an order. Your design will be checked by our prepress team for technical issues, and will make adjustments accordingly. Take note that proofing does not fix typographical errors and low-resolution images.
