We print postcards using advanced digital and offset printers, accompanied by the CMYK color process. Our digital printers can print 50 to 200 flat postcards while our offset printers can print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards and 250 to 100,000 folded postcards. The printing turnaround is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the postcards specifications.

Flat Postcard Specs

The standard sizes available for flat postcards are 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11". Custom sizes are also available, ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. We use the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte and 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated as the paper stocks for flat postcards.

Folded Postcard Specs

The standard sizes for folded postcards depend on its type of folding: Half Fold or Tri Fold. Half folded postcards can have a standard size of 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, or 12”x11”. For Tri folded postcards, the available standard sizes are 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”. Custom sizes can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. The paper stocks available are the 10 pt. cardstock gloss and 10 pt. cardstock matte.

Postcard List Preparation Services

We offer list preparation and evaluation. Submit your mailing list to us and it will be evaluated and validated. All the duplicate addresses will also be removed. If you don’t have a mailing list yet, you can purchase one from us and we will help you have a list that can focus more on your target customers. Pinpoint your prospects based on demographics and geographic data.

When mailing your postcards, you can set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500) and choose among the postage options including First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the production turnaround for mailing preparation.

Free Digital Proofs

Submit your design to us before you place an order to get a free digital proof. Your design will be examined by our prepress team and will be put through a 30 point inspection that covers technical issues such as resolution and bleed setup. The prepress team will make all the adjustments to your design to make it print-ready. Once they are done, we will send the proof to you with the indicated changes for your approval.
