Flat Postcard Specs

The sizes available for flat postcards are 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. We have the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte and 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated as the available paper stock.

Folded Postcard Specs

The available folding options are the Half Fold and Tri Fold. Half Folded postcards can have a standard size of 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, or 12”x11”, while Tri Folded postcards can have a standard size of 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, or 16.5”x8.5”. The available paper stock is the 10 pt. cardstock, with either a gloss or matte coating.

Postcard List Preparation

If you have a mailing list, you can submit it to us and we will evaluate and validate the addresses, and remove any duplicates. If you don’t have a mailing list yet, purchase one from us. You can pinpoint prospects by targeting specific demographic data including the age, gender and income so that you can send your mail to the right people.

Direct Mail Postcards

Set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500) and choose among the available postage options including the First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the turnaround time for the mailing preparation.

Free Postcard Designs and Digital Proofs

We offer free postcard designs in our design gallery. Pick a premade design and customize it using our online design tool. The design tool has a user-friendly interface that lets you insert additional text, shapes, clipart and images. You can also create a design by starting from scratch and use our online design tool to help you in the process. After designing, submit it to us for a free digital proof. Our prepress team will check your design for any irregularities, and adjust them accordingly to make your designs print-ready. Once they are done, we will send the proof to you, along with the adjustments, for approval.
