Flat Postcard Specs

The sizes available for flat postcards are 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. The paper stocks we use are the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte and 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. We use our digital printers to print 50 to 200 flat postcards in 1 or 2 business days, and use our offset printers to print 500 to 100,000 in 1 to 3 business days.

Folded Postcard Specs

The folding options for folded postcards are the Half Fold and Tri Fold. The standard sizes available for half-fold postcards are 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”, and for tri-fold postcards, 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”. Custom sizes can range from anywhere between 5”x7” to 11”x17”. We use the 10 pt. cardstock with a gloss or matte coating as the paper stock for folded postcards. Our offset printers can print 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Direct Mail Postcards

Mail your postcards directly to your target customers and prospects. Set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500 postcards) and select the postage option. The available postage options vary from the postcard’s specifications. 4”x6” and 4.25”x6” flat postcards can have a postage option of First Class Card Rate, while flat postcards with sizes of 4.5”x6” to 6”x11” and folded postcards can have the First Class Letter Rat or Standard Bulk Rate postage options. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the production turnaround.

Create Postcard Designs and Get Online Proofs for Free

Our online design tool can help designers and non-designers alike to create professional postcard designs. Create one from scratch or pick and customize a premade design from our gallery. The design tool has a user-friendly interface that lets you insert text, shapes, clipart and even images to the design. Once you have finished designing, you can submit it to us to get a free digital proof. We will make sure that your postcard designs are print-ready by having our prepress team examine and adjust it accordingly. Once they are done, we will send a proof to you, complete with the indicated changes, for your approval.
