Printing postcard and mailing can be done with just a few clicks. Browse our website and click the tab for mailing. Select the specifications for your printing project and confirm mailing options. Indicate mailing quantity and select among these postage rates: Standard Bulk Rate, First Class Letter Rate, and First Class Card Rate. We also offer list preparation, postcard and mailing label service, address ink jetting, and postal pre-sort. Postcard Sizes

These are the standard size options we have for flat postcards: 4 x 6", 4.25 x 6", 5 x 7", 5.5 x 8.5", 6 x 9", and 6 x 11". Sizes can be customized ranging from 4 x 4” to 11 x 6”. Folded cards are printed in standard sizes including 8.5 x 6" (half fold to 4.25 x 6"), 10 x 7" (half fold to 5 x 7"), 11 x 8.5" (half fold to 5.5 x 8.5"), 12 x 9" (half fold to 6 x 9"), 12 x 11" (half fold to 6 x 11"), 12.75 x 6" (tri-fold to 4.25 x 6"), 15 x 7" (tri-fold to 5 x 7"), and 16.5 x 8.5" (tri-fold to 5.5 x 8.5"). Custom sizes for folded cards range from 7 x 5” to 17 x 11”.

Postcard Mailing

Mail tabbed prints and folded prints with envelopes at Standard Bulk Rate and First Class Letter Rate. For flat cards, 4 x 6” and 4.25 x 6” are mailed at First Class Letter Rate. Bulk Rate and Letter Rate are also offered for flat cards with sizes ranging from 4.5 x 6” to 6 x 11”, as well as cards with envelopes. Indicate the quantity for mailing and confirm specifications for your prints. You will get the subtotal for your mailing campaign after confirming the project details.

Design File

Upload your completed design file online. Your design should be in these file formats: JPG, PDF, PNG, TIFF, InDesign, EPS, Publisher, and Quark. We will review your file to correct color mode and bleed setup. Our prepress experts will also go through technical issues like dimension, size, text spacing, layout, and compliance to USPS (United States Postal Service) Mailing Guidelines.
