Flat Postcard Specs

Standard sizes include 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. We use 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte and 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated for the paper stocks. Print 50 to 200 flat postcards in 1 or 2 business days using the digital printer, or 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days using the offset printers.

Folded Postcard Specs

Half-Folded postcards can have a standard size of 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, or 12”x11”, while for Tri-Folded postcards, the available sizes are 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”. Custom sizes can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. The paper stock available is the 10 pt. cardstock with a gloss or matte coating. We use our offset printers to print 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard Mailing Services

We offer mailing services including List Preparation, CASS and NCOA certification, Address Ink Jetting, Postal Pre-Sorting and Drop-off at the local USPS office. You can mail your postcards directly to your target customers. Set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500 postcards) and choose among the available postage options. 4”x6” and 4.25”x6” flat postcards can have a postage option of First Class Card Rate, while folded postcards and 4.5”x6” to 6”x11” flat postcards can have a postage option of First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the production turnaround for the mailing preparation.

Free Proofs and Postcard Designs

We have a design gallery containing premade design templates that you can use for your postcards. Customize the premade design using our online design tool. The design tool lets you easily add text, shapes, clipart and images to the design. Alternatively, you can have a design by starting from scratch. The design tool will guide you through the whole designing process.

Submit your design to us for a free digital proof. The design will be checked by our prepress team by putting it through a 30 point inspection that covers technical issues. They will make the necessary changes for your postcards to be print-ready. Take note that only technical issues such as image clipping and bleed setup. Proofing does not fix typographical errors and low-resolution images.
