Standard and Custom Sizes

• Flat Postcards - 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11".
• Half Folded Postcards - 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”.
• Tri Folded Postcards - 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”.
• Custom sizes for flat postcards range from 4”x4” to 6”x11” while for folded postcards, custom sizes can fall from anywhere between 5”x7” and 11”x17”. Custom sizes are specific to 0.25” increments.

Tabbing Options for Folded Postcards

Folded postcards have two additional features used for mailing: Folding and Tabbing. The folding options are the Half Fold and Tri fold. The tabbing options can be single, double, or no tabbing, depending on your preference. Direct Mail Postcards

Set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500) and choose one of the three available postage options. The postage options are specific to the postcard’s size:

• First Class Card Rate – Has the cheapest Postcard Mailing Cost and is available for 4”x6” and 4.25”x6” flat postcards.
• First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate – Available for folded postcards and 4.5”x6” to 6”x11” flat postcards.

Free Design Templates and Digital Proofs

We have a design gallery full of premade designs that you can use for your postcards. Customize a premade design by using our online design tool to add text and images such as your company info and logo. Alternatively, you can also create a design by starting from scratch.

Once you’ve finished designing, you can submit it to us for free online proofing. Your design will be checked by our prepress team to make sure that it gets printed without any inaccuracies or mistakes. We’ll send the proof to you for approval.
