We offer postcard mailing jobs with fast 2-day turnaround. Our mailing services include list preparation and CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certification. Your lists will be evaluated and addresses will be validated. With our mailing services, you will be able to meet USPS (United States Postal Service) requirements. Lists are updated using the USPS approved method called NCOA (National Change of Address). NCOA is based on the change of address filed by postal customers. Postcard Specifications

50 to 200 postcards are printed using digital presses. Digital printing is ideal for rush printing jobs. Offset printing produces 500 to 100,000 cards ideal for bulk printing. Customize the size of your postcards from 4 x 4” to 11 x 6” for flat postcards, and 7 x 5” to 11 x 17” for folded cards. Stocks used for printing include 14 pt. Cardstock Gloss, 14 pt. Cardstock Matte, 13 pt. Cardstock Uncoated, 10 pt. Cardstock Gloss, and 10 pt. Cardstock Matte.

USPS Postage Rates

We offer low USPS postage rates for postcard mailing. First Class Card Rate is offered for postcards with sizes 4 x 6” and 4.25 x 6”. First Class Card Rate is the most affordable postage rate that we offer for postcards. For flat postcards in any size with envelopes, cards with sizes 4.5 x 6” to 6 x 11”, tabbed prints up to 6 x 11” folded size, and folded prints in envelopes, we offer First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. Proofing Options

We offer hard copy proofs and online proofs for you to check postcard layout and design. Online proofs are sent via e-mail for free. When you upload design files or create designs online, our prepress experts evaluate your files for free. File inspection will be done covering technical issues like bleed and folding setup. On the other hand, hard copy proofs are provided with extra charge. Hard copy proofs are ideal for color critical jobs.
