My Postcard Printing offers printing and mailing services for postcards. Use our website to change the postcard’s specs including the size, paper stock, and color settings, as well as set the printing quantity and turnaround.

When mailing postcards, the Mailing Postcard Regulations are important. The United States Postal Service (USPS) has very strict Postcard Mailing Guidelines in order for a mail piece to be qualified for discounted postage rates. Also remember that the three Postcard Mailing Postage is also dependent on the Postcard Mailing Size.

Sizes for Flat and Folded Postcard

We offer standard and custom sizes for both flat and folded postcards. The standard sizes available are:

• Flat Postcards: 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11".
• Half Folded Postcards: 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”.
• Tri Folded Postcards: 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”.
• Custom sizes for flat postcards can range from 4”x4” to 6”x11”, while for folded postcards, it can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”.Custom sizes are specific to 0.25” increments.

Paper Stocks

• Flat Postcards: 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte, 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated
• Folded Postcards: 10 pt. Cardstock, gloss, 10 pt. cardstock, matte

Postcard Mailing Services

We offer mailing services including List Preparation, CASS certification to optimize the delivery of postcards and reduce any problems with addresses, Address Ink Jetting to automatically add the Mailing Address on a Postcard as opposed to writing it manually, and Postal Pre-Sorting.

Direct Mail Postcards

Set the mailing quantity and postage options. The available postage options depend on the Postcard Mailing Sizes. The postage options are First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. Once you are finished, check the Postcard Sizes and Mailing Cost, USPS postage rates and delivery times. 2 to 3 business days will be added to the printing turnaround for the mailing preparation.

Free Postcard Designs

You can pick any premade design from our design gallery and use it as your own. Customize the design by using our online design tool to add text, shapes, clipart and images. Alternatively, you can create a design by starting from scratch and use our design tool to help you throughout the whole designing process.

Free Digital Proof

Get your design proofed for free by submitting it to us before placing your order. The design will be checked and fine-tuned by our prepress team to make sure that your postcards are print-ready. We will send a proof to you, complete with the indicated changes, for your approval.
