Here at My Postcard Printing, we offer flat and folded postcards available in standard and custom sizes, with many paper stocks to choose from. Use our website to change the postcard’s features and set the printing quantity and turnaround.

We also offer Postcard Design Printing Address Mailing List preparation. Submit your mailing list to us and we will evaluate it for free to fix any errors including duplicate addresses. Our Address Ink Jetting service automatically prints unique addresses to each postcard so you won’t have to manually write each of your target recipient’s address anymore.

Available Sizes and Paper Stocks

Flat postcards can have a standard size of 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", or 6”x11", or a custom size ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. The standard size for folded postcards depends on the type of folding (Half-Fold or Tri-Fold). The custom size for folded postcards can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. We use the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, and the 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated as the paper stocks for flat postcards. For folded postcards, the paper stocks available are the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss and matte.

Printing Process

Our digital printer can print 50 to 200 flat postcards and have a printing turnaround of 1 or 2 business days. We use our offset printers to print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards and have a printing turnaround of 1 to 3 business days, or 250 to 100,000 folded postcards and have a printing turnaround of 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard Mailing Services

When mailing your postcards, you can set the mailing quantity and the postage options. The postage options available depend on the postcard’s specs. 4”x6” and 4.25”x6” flat postcards can have the First Class Card Rate postage option. For 4.5”x6” to 6”x11” flat postcards, folded postcards and postcards in envelopes, the postage options available are the First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. After selecting a postage option, you may check the USPS postage rates and the delivery times-in-transit. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the production turnaround.

Free Postcard Designs

In our design gallery, you can pick any premade design template and use it as your postcard design. You can also customize the design by using our online design tool. Add your text and images to the design for a more personal touch. Alternatively, you can have your postcard design by starting from scratch and let our online design tool guide you through the whole design process.

Free Project Reviews

Once you have your design, submit it to us to get an online proof. This is a free service by My Postcard Printing, where your design is thoroughly examined by our prepress team to make sure that there are no problems regarding technical issues, and that your postcards are print-ready.
