Our postcard campaign mailing service is offered at an affordable price. Postcards with sizes 4 x 6” to 4.25 x 6” are mailed at First Class card Rate. Flat postcards with sizes 4.5 x 6” to 6 x 11”, cards with envelopes, tabbed prints, and folded postcards in envelopes are mailed with these postage rates: First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. Confirm mailing options by choosing postage and indicating mailing quantity. Our campaign postcard printing and mailing services also include list preparation, CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certification, address ink jetting, and postal pre-sorting.

Postcard Stocks

There are different stock options for flat and folded cards. Flat postcards are printed on 14 pt. Cardstock Matte, 14 pt. Cardstock Gloss, and 13 pt. Cardstock Uncoated. 14 pt. cardstocks are certified by the PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) while 13 pt. cardstocks are certified by SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative). Folded cards are printed on 10 pt. Cardstock Gloss and Matte. 10 pt. cardstocks are foldable and certified by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council).
 

Mailing List Preparation

Our mailing services include mailing list preparation service. Submit your mailing list in a required format, with the following information: company, last name, first name, street address, city, state, and zip code. You can download .CSV template on our site to follow the required format. When you don’t have a mailing list ready, purchase one from us. Lists are updated using NCOA (National Change of Address), approved by United States Postal Service (USPS). Contact us at (866) 266-6182 for more information about our list preparation service.

Postcard Designs

Select among the design templates we offer for specific industries like Home Maintenance, Pet and Animal, Restaurants, Cafes, and Bars, Sports and Fitness, and more. These designs contain high resolution photos and images. To customize templates, upload your own photos and insert text. Use our design tool to add content on the chosen template and crop images.
