Postcard Printing Process

Our digital printer is capable of printing 50 to 200 flat postcards, which is suitable for short-run prints and rush projects. These can have a printing turnaround of 1 or 2 business days. When printing in large quantities, we use our offset printers capable of printing 500 to 100,000 flat postcards with 1 to 3 business-day turnaround, and 250 to 100,000 folded postcards with a 2 or 3 business-day turnaround.

Postcard List Preparation Services

If you have a mailing list, you can submit it to us and we will evaluate, validate and remove duplicate addresses. If you don’t have one yet, you can purchase one from us. Target prospects based on demographics and geographic data.

Direct Mail Postcards

Set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500 postcards) and choose one of the three available postage options: First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. Check the USPS postage rates and the delivery times-in-transit. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the production turnaround for the mailing preparation.

Visit our design gallery to see the premade designs we have. Pick any design you like to be used as your postcard design. Customize the design using our online design tool by adding your text, shapes, clipart and images. You can also have a design by starting with a blank canvas.

Free Online Proofs

Submit your design to us before placing the order to get a free online proof. The design will be examined and adjusted accordingly by our design professionals to make sure that your postcards are printed without any mistakes or inaccuracies. We will send the proof to you, along with the indicated adjustments, for approval.
