Flat Postcard Specs

The standard sizes available for flat postcards include 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11". Custom sizes are also available, ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. The paper stocks we use are the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, and 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. Our digital printer can print 50 to 200 flat postcards in 1 or 2 business days, while our offset printer can print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days.

Folded Postcard Specs

The two available folding options are the Half Fold and the Tri Fold. Half Folded postcards can have a standard size of 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, and 12”x11”, while Tri folded postcards can have 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”. Custom sizes can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. We use the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte as the folded postcard’s paper stock. Our offset printer can print 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard List Services

If you have a mailing list, submit it to us and we will evaluate and validate the addresses. We will also remove the duplicate addresses. If you don’t have a mailing list yet, you can purchase one from us. You can target prospects based on geographic location and demographic data including age, gender and income. With this, you can focus more on people that are interested in your products and services.

When mailing postcards, set the mailing quantity (500 postcards minimum) and choose among the postage options available including First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the turnaround time.

Online Design Tool

Create your own postcard designs using our online design tool. The design tool has a user-friendly interface that lets you insert text, shapes, clipart and images easily. You can create a design from scratch, or pick and modify a premade design from our design gallery.

Free Digital Proofs

Get a free digital proof by submitting your design to us. When you submit the design, our prepress team will examine it thoroughly by putting it through a 30 point inspection that covers technical issues such as bleed setup and artwork dimension. They will make the necessary adjustments to make your postcards print-ready. Once they are done, we will send a proof to you for approval.
