We use digital and offset printers to print postcards. The CMYK color process is used to produce premium quality postcards in full color. In addition, we use eco-friendly materials such as soy and vegetable based inks, and certified paper stocks.

Flat Postcard Specs

The sizes available include 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. Flat postcards can be printed on a 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, or a 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. We use our digital printer to print 50 to 200 flat postcards in 1 or 2 business days, and use our offset printer to print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days.

Folded Postcard Specs

The two available folding options are the Half Fold and Tri Fold. Half-Folded postcards can have a standard size of 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9” or 12”x11”, while Tri Folded postcards can have a standard size of 12.75”x6”, 15”x7” or 16.5”x8.5”. Custom sizes can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. The paper stocks available are the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss and 10 pt. cardstock, matte. We use our offset printer to print 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard Mailing Services

The mailing services we offer include List Preparation and Evaluation, Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification, Address Ink Jetting, Postal Pre-Sorting and dropping off your mail to the local USPS office. When mailing your postcards, set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500 postcards) and choose among the available postage options: First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk rate. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the turnaround time.

Free Project Reviews

You can get a free project review by submitting your design to us before you place your order. Our prepress team will check, fix and proof your design to make sure that it is print-ready. The proof will be sent to you, complete with the indicated adjustments, for approval. If you’re satisfied with the proof and ready to place the order, you may approve it. Once the proof is approved, the design will immediately be put into production.
