Printing Process and Turnaround

We print 50 to 200 flat postcards and have a printing turnaround of 1 or 2 business days with our digital printers. Our offset printers are used to print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days, and 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Custom Sizes and Paper Stocks

Print flat postcards with a custom size from 4”x4” to 6”x11”, and a paper stock of 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, or a 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. For folded postcards, the available paper stocks are the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss and 10 pt. cardstock, matte. Set the dimensions of your folded postcards from 5”x7” to 11”x17”.

Postcard Mailing Services

We offer mailing services for postcards including List Preparation, Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) Certification, Address Ink Jetting for clear printing of addresses to postcards, Postal Pre-sorting, and Drop-off at Local USPS Office service. Mail your postcards to your customers by setting the mailing quantity (500 minimum) and the postage option. 2 to 3 business days is added to the production turnaround for the mailing preparation.
