We use our offset printers to print postcards in large quantities. The color process we use is the CMYK color process, which is represented by the four colors cyan, magenta, yellow and key color black. These colors are mixed together to form other different colors with excellent shades and hues. The color options available for postcards are the 4/0 or 4 color on one side with a blank back, 4/1 or 4 color on one side with a black back, and 4/4 or 4 color on both sides.

Flat Postcard Specs

The standard sizes available are 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11". Custom size can range from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. We use offset printers to print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards and have a printing turnaround of 1 to 3 business days. The paper stocks available are the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, and the 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated.

Folded Postcard Specs

Half Folded postcards can have a standard size of 8.5”x6”, 10”x7”, 11”x8.5”, 12”x9”, or 12”x11”. For Tri-Folded Postcards, the standard sizes available are 12.75”x6”, 15”x7”, and 16.5”x8.5”. Custom sizes can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. You can have your postcards printed on either 10 pt. cardstock, gloss or 10 pt. cardstock, matte. Our offset printers can print 250 to 100,000 folded postcards and have a printing turnaround of 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard Mailing Services

We offer List Preparation, CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) Certification, Address ink jetting, postal pre-sorting and mail drop-off at the local USPS office. When mailing postcards, you can set the mailing quantity and choose one of the three postage options available.: First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the printing turnaround.

Free Digital Proofs

Have your design proofed for free. Before you place your order, submit your design to us and let our prepress team check it. They will put the design through a 30 point inspection that covers technical issues including resolution and bleed setup. They will make the necessary changes for your postcards to be print-ready. Once they are done, we will send a digital proof with the indicated changes for your approval.
