Custom Sizes and Paper types

Flat postcards can have a custom size ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11. The available paper stocks for flat postcards are the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, and the 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. For folded postcards, the custom size can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. The paper stocks available are the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss and 10 pt. cardstock, matte.

Printing Process

We use our digital printer to print 50 to 200 flat postcards and have a 1 or 2 business day turnaround. When printing in large quantities, we use our offset printers capable of printing 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days, or 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

List Preparation Services

We will help you purchase a mailing list that focus more on people that are likely the ones interested in your products and services. This can be really helpful since it can lessen the possibility that your postcards get discarded by your recipients. If you already have your mailing list, you can submit it to us and we will evaluate it for free to check for errors such as duplicate addresses.

Use our online design tool to create your own postcard designs. Our online design tool has a user-friendly interface that lets you insert text, shapes, clipart an images to the design. You may start from scratch or customize one of the premade designs from our design gallery.

Get Free Digital Proofs

After designing, you can submit your completed design to us for free proofing. Our prepress team will put your design through a 30 point inspection that covers technical issues such as resolution, artwork dimension and bleed setup. They will make all the adjustments needed for your design to be print-ready. Once they are done, we will submit the proof to you for your approval. If you’re satisfied with the proof and ready to place an order, you may approve it.
