Custom sizes and Paper Stocks for Postcards

Flat postcards can have a custom size of 4”x4” to 6”x11”, and for folded postcards, 5”X7” to 11”x17”, specific to 0.25” increments. Flat postcards can be printed on a 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, or a 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. For folded postcards, the available paper stocks are the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss and 10 pt. cardstock, matte.

Printing Process

We use digital and offset printers for Custom Postcard Printing. Print 50 to 200 flat postcards using digital press, or 500 to 100,000 flat postcards or 250 to 100,000 folded postcards using offset presses. The printing turnaround can be 1 to 3 business days, depending on the kind of postcard and the printer used.

Postcard Mailing Services

We mail tabbed postcards and postcards in envelopes. Set the mailing quantity and the postage options. The postage options available depend on the postcard’s size. For 4”x6” and 4.25”x6” postcards, the available postage option is the First Class Card Rate. For 4.5”x6” to 6”x11” postcards, tabbed postcards and postcards in envelopes, the available postage options are the First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. After selecting a postage option, you can check the USPS postage rates and the delivery times-in-transit. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the printing turnaround for the mailing preparation.
