Postcard Sizes and Paper Stocks

The sizes available for flat postcards are 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", and 6”x11", with custom sizes ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”. We print flat postcards n 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte and 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. The standard sizes available for folded postcards depend on their type of folding (half fold and tri fold). Custom sizes can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. We use the 10 pt. cardstock with gloss or matte coating as the folded postcard’s paper stock.

Printing Quantity and Turnaround

Our digital printer can print 50 to 200 flat postcards in 1 or 2 business days. We use our offset printers for large quantity printing. It is capable of printing 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days, or 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Mailing Postcards

You can mail your postcards directly to your targets. Set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500) and choose among the available postage options: First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. The postage options available may vary depending on the postcard’s specs. Once you’ve set the mailing quantity and postage option, you may check the USPS postage rates and the delivery times-in-transit. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the production turnaround.

Free Postcard Designs and Online Proofs

Visit our design gallery to see the available postcard designs we offer. Pick any design you want and use it for your postcard. You can customize it using our online design tool to add text, shapes, clipart and images onto the design. Alternatively, you can create a design by starting from scratch. Our online design tool will guide you through the whole designing process.

After designing, submit your design to us for free proofing. Your design will be examined by our design professionals by putting it through a 30 point inspection that covers technical issues. They will also make all the necessary corrections to make your postcards print-ready. Once they are done, we will send the proof to you for approval.
