The CMYK color process is represented by the four colors cyan, magenta, yellow and key color black. These colors are blended together to form fantastic colors with different shades and hues.

Custom Postcard Sizes and Paper Stocks

Flat postcards can have a custom size ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11” and have a paper stock of 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, or a 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. For folded postcards, the custom size can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17” and be printed on a 10 pt. cardstock, gloss or 10 pt. cardstock, matte.

Printing Process

We use digital printers to print 50 to 200 flat postcards, and offset printers to print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards or 250 to 100,000 folded postcards. The printing turnaround for digital-printed flat postcards is 1 or 2 business days, while for offset-printed postcards, 1 to 3 business days. For folded postcards, the printing turnaround is 2 or 3 business days.

Postcard Mailing Services

We offer List preparation and evaluation, Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) Certification, Address Ink Jetting, Postal Pre-sorting, and Drop-off at Local USPS Office service.

You can mail tabbed postcards and postcards in envelopes. Set the mailing quantity and choose a postage option. Check the USPS postage rates to know the available postage options specific to postcard sizes. The available options are First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. For the mailing preparation, 2 to 3 business days may be added to the printing turnaround.

Online Design Tool

We offer the online design tool that lets you create professional postcard designs without having to know anything about designing. The interface lets you easily insert your text, shapes, clipart and even images to a blank canvas. Take advantage of this by putting pictures of the products and services you offer. You can also pick and customize a premade design from our design gallery.

Once you finish designing, you can submit it to us and get free digital proofs. Our prepress team will examine your design for any technical issues and make all the adjustments needed in order for your postcard to be print-ready.
