We use advanced digital and offset printers to print postcards fast. You can print 50 to 100,000 flat postcards and 250 to 100,000 folded postcards and have a printing turnaround of 1 to 3 business days, depending on the postcard’s specs. In addition, we use the CMYK color process to print full color postcards. The color process is represented by the four colors cyan, magenta, yellow and the key color (black), which are mixed together to produce other different colors.

Custom Sizes and Paper Stocks

The custom size for flat postcards can range from 4”x4” to 6”x11”, while for folded postcards, it can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. Custom sizes are specific to 0.25” increments. The paper stocks we use for flat postcards are the 14 pt. cardstock, gloss or matte, and the 13 pt. cardstock uncoated. For folded postcards, we use the 10 pt. cardstock gloss or matte.

Color Settings

There are three color settings available for flat and folded postcards:

• 4/0 – 4 color on one side, blank back
• 4/1 – 4 color on one side, black back
• 4/4 – 4 color on both sides

Postcard Mailing Services

We offer postcard mailing services including List Preparation, Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification for address accuracy and correction of details, Address Ink Jetting for clear and automated printing of addresses, and postal pre-sorting.

When mailing your postcard, you can set the mailing quantity (500 postcards minimum) and choose among the postcard options available: First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. The mailing preparation may add 2 to 3 business days to the turnaround time.

Free Postcard Designs and Online Proofs

Our design gallery contains premade design templates that you can use for your postcards. Pick any design and customize it using our online design tool to insert additional text, shapes, clipart and images. You can also create a design from scratch and use our online design tool during the whole designing process. Once you finish designing, submit it to us and get a free online proof. Our prepress team will check your design and make the necessary adjustments to make it print-ready. We will send the proof to you for approval afterwards.
