Custom Sizes and Paper Stocks

Flat postcards can have a custom size ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11” and can be printed on a 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte and 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. For folded postcards, the custom size can range from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. Flat postcards use a thinner paper stock compared to the flat postcards to compensate for its folding. The available paper stocks for folded postcards are the 10 pt. cardstock, gloss and 10 pt. cardstock, matte.

Postcard Mailing Services

We offer mailing services including List Preparation, Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification for address accuracy and correction of details, Address ink jetting for clear and automated printing of addresses to postcards, postal pre-sorting and drop-off at the local USPS office.

When mailing your postcards, set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500) and choose a postage option including First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the turnaround time for the mailing preparation.

With our online design tool, you can create professional postcard designs without having to know anything about graphic designing. The design tool has a user-friendly interface that lets you insert text, shapes, clipart and images. Create one from scratch or customize an existing design from our design gallery.

Get Free Online Proofs

Once you have your design, submit it to us to get a free online proof. Your design will be checked by our prepress team to look for problems in technical issue such as artwork dimension and bleed setup. They will make adjustments to your design to make it print-ready. Once they are done, we will send the proof to you for approval.
