Standard and Custom Sizes

Flat postcards can have a standard size of 4”x6", 4.25”x6", 5”x7", 5.5”x8.5", 6”x9", or 6”x11". For folded postcards, the standard sizes vary from the folding options. Custom sizes are also available. Set the height and width of the flat postcards from anywhere between 4”x4” and 6”x11”. Folded postcards can have a custom size ranging from 5”x7” to 11”x17”. Custom sizes are specific to 0.25” increments.

Paper Stocks

Print flat postcards in a 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte or 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated. For folded postcards, we use the thinner 10 pt. cardstock, with either a gloss or matte coating, to compensate for its folding.

Postcard Mailing Services

We offer mailing services for postcards. The mailing services include List Preparation and Evaluation, Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification for address accuracy and correction of details, address ink jetting for clear printing of addresses, and postal pre-sorting. We also drop your mail to the local USPS office.

When mailing postcards, you can set the mailing quantity and the postage option. The available postage options are the First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the printing turnaround for the mailing preparation.

Get Free Proofs Before Paying

When you have your design, you can submit it to us to get a free digital proof. Our prepress team will check your design and put it through a 30 point inspection that covers technical issues such as resolution, artwork dimension and bleed setup. They will make the adjustments needed for your design to be print-ready. We will send the proof to you along with the indicated adjustments for your approval. If you’re satisfied with the proof and ready to place the order, you may approve it. Take note that once you approve it, further changes cannot be made since your design will be in production.
