We use our digital and offset printers, accompanied by the CMYK color process for our Best Color Postcard Mailing service. The CMYK color process is represented by the four colors cyan, magenta, yellow and key color black, which are mixed together to form other different colors.

Custom Sizes and Paper Stock

Flat postcards can be printed on a 14 pt. cardstock, gloss, 14 pt. cardstock, matte or 13 pt. cardstock, uncoated, with a custom size ranging from 4”x4” to 6”x11”, specific to 0.25” increments. For folded postcards, it can be printed on a 10 pt. cardstock with a gloss or matte coating, and having a custom size anywhere between 5”x7” and 11”x17”.

Printing Quantity and Production Turnaround

50 to 200 flat postcards can be printed in 1 or 2 business days using the digital printer. For large quantity printing, we use our offset printers. It can print 500 to 100,000 flat postcards in 1 to 3 business days, or 250 to 100,000 folded postcards in 2 or 3 business days.

Mailing Service

We offer the Best Postcard Mailing Program including List Preparation and Evaluation, Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification for address accuracy and correction of details, address ink jetting for clear printing of addresses, and postal pre-sorting. We also drop your mail to the local USPS office.

When you mail your postcards, you can set the mailing quantity (minimum of 500 postcards) and choose the postage options. The three available postage options are the First Class Card Rate, First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. 2 to 3 business days may be added to the production turnaround for the mailing preparation.

Designing your own Postcards

Use our online design tool to create professional postcard designs without having to know anything about designing. You can start from scratch or customize a premade design from our gallery. Our design tool lets you easily insert text, shapes, clipart and images to the design.

Free Online Proofs Before You Pay

Submit your completed design to us for free proofs. We will take care of the design by having our prepress examine it thoroughly. They will search for technical issues that might be off, and adjust it as needed. Once they are done, we will send a proof to you, complete with the indicated changes, for approval.
